Implementation Analyst

Dallas, TX / Full-Time / On-Site

High growth cloud consulting company is hiring for entry-level implementation analyst consulting position.  This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of the next great consulting firm dedicated to improving business through the deployment of cloud computing.  Ability to contribute in a team atmosphere, work across multiple active projects, solve problems independently and meet rigid deadlines within our quality standards.  Positive ‘can-do’ attitude is essential.

 

The Implementation Analyst participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager. Analyst project responsibilities include all aspects of data analytics – retrieval, analysis, configuration, testing, and conclusion reporting.

 

Extensive training in cloud computing, business applications and business consulting will be provided.


Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

 

  • Liaising extensively with external or internal clients

  • Analyzing clients' existing systems and business models

  • Mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems

  • Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs

  • Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability

  • Conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement system(s)

  • Developing solutions and related product configurations

  • Producing project feasibility and costing report

  • Presenting proposals to clients

  • Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

  • Ensuring budgets are adhered to and deadlines met

  • Drawing up, supervising and documenting testing schedule for complete system

  • Overseeing data migration implementation of a new system

  • Responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of employee data.

  • Audit data and modules as needed

  • Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces

  • Planning and working flexibly to deadlines

  • Supporting users on change control and system updates

  • Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments

 

Qualifications:

 

Technical

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, mathematics, statistics or computer science

  • Experience working with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching

  • Proven ability to analyze data and determine conclusions

  • Demonstrated critical thinking: reviewing numbers, trends, and data yielding conclusions based on the findings

  • Attention to Detail.  Must be vigilant in your analysis to come to correct conclusions.

  • Superior math skills

  • Highest level of integrity in working with highly confidential client and customer data

  • Understanding software development lifecycle

  • Experience in business process mapping

  • Demonstrated proficiency in relational databases including SQL & XML

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
